Of course. We are capable of handling paperwork and payments remotely, for your convenience. Many of our customers own vacation properties or rentals or are even locals who may be out of town when disaster strikes. For these and any other reason, we offer these services. Many of our customers have trusted us with keys and/or access codes in order to fix a plumbing emergency. Rest assured, here at Cook’s Plumbing we value honor and integrity.
Yes—we can do that. If you email us a PDF of your plans or clear photos, we can review them and provide an estimate based on the information provided.
We are open 24/7 for phone calls and emergency shutdown and lighting procedures. In some cases, we can come right now. Do not hesitate to call us!
Yes. We charge an $89 service call fee for a technician to come out and evaluate the issue. This covers travel and diagnosis. Any additional work will be quoted separately.
